Lenders: Once you have submitted an application, Lendward will begin the process of finding you the best possible interest rate from other financial institutions. Instead, your credit profile and needs are matched to the borrower profile established by our lenders and sent to those lenders first. By submitting an application to Lendward, you consent to the use of your credit report for the purpose of obtaining a credit offer from one of our participating lenders.
To comply with the Law: We may disclose information we collect if we determine in our sole discretion that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, including disclosure to law enforcement agencies and other government agencies and disclosure responsive to subpoenas.
